Your Invitation mama

Jenny writes: There are days when our bodies carry so much and there’s no hand on our back. No timeout. No deep exhale. This is motherhood. Threshold after threshold, often unnoticed, except by our bodies. And its taken me a long time to learn what my teacher, Usha Anandi first taught me:

Our bodies love us so much, they’ll prioritize our survival over thrival.

This isn’t failure. It’s biology. It’s wisdom. So when you feel the pull to numb, scroll, explode, or withdraw…it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re wise. It means you need space. But if we don’t listen, we don’t expand strength, we just stretch our tolerance and call it keeping it together. Tolerance without expression is just a quieter kind of self-abandonment. Ghosting ourselves in the name of survival leaves no room for what our body whispers:

You matter too. Every part of you matters.

This is the reckoning. The remembering. A call to return. At motherbones, we don’t bypass uncomfortable truths. We tend them. We name them. We feel them, together. To tend the roots so deeply, our capacity no longer hinges on survival, but on embodied sovereignty. Our nervous system on truth. On thriving. And so…we’ve created this free live online gathering to help you remember:

You never have to ghost yourself again.

It’s a soft place to land. A space to return to yourself in real time, with real support. The Mother Who Doesn’t Ghost Herself is a gathering to feel, to exhale, to reclaim the parts of you holding it all. We’ll bring the poetry, the somatic restoration, and the loving reminder: you get to honor your whole Self.

with care and reverence, Jenny + Halie

🌿 What You’ll Receive

This gathering isn’t another thing to do — it’s a space to be. To soften. To remember.

Inside The Mother Who Doesn’t Ghost Herself, you’ll receive:

  • A guided somatic restoration practice to reconnect you to your breath, body, and inner wisdom

  • A poetry-woven container to speak to what often goes unnamed in motherhood — grief, resilience, tenderness, and everything in between

  • Gentle prompts and reflection invitations to help you hear the parts of you that have been quietly asking for care

  • A communal space of mothers witnessing one another without judgment, advice, or expectation

  • A loving reminder that you matter — and your well-being is worthy of tending

This is not about fixing. It’s about feeling. About allowing. About returning home to the wisdom you carry.

This Is For You If

You’re a mother who is…

  • Holding so much and wondering when it’s your turn to be held

  • Finding yourself stretched thin and yet still showing up

  • Caught in survival mode, craving more than just “getting through the day”

  • Feeling distant from parts of yourself that used to feel alive, creative, or whole

  • Wishing there was a space to land without needing to explain, perform, or be "on"

  • Tired of bypassing your own truth just to keep the peace — and ready to reclaim your voice

Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into mothering, whether you feel lost, numb, tender, or powerful — this space is for you.

You are not alone.
You are not too much.
You are not broken.

You are a mother remembering that she matters too.
And you are welcome here.
